Report a Repair

We’ll attend emergency repairs (like no heating or serious leaks) within 24 hours, urgent repairs within 5 working days, and routine repairs within 20 working days. We’ll take care of most repairs to the structure and fittings of your home. Tenants are responsible for minor tasks like changing light bulbs, unblocking sinks, and replacing toilet seats.

Damp and Mould

We take all reports of damp and mould seriously. We will: Investigate potential damp and mould hazards within 10 working days of being notified. If you believe the damp and mould is serious, or you have young children or older household members, or have an illness of disability which is made worse by damp and mould, we will arrange an inspection visit within 24 hours.

We will provide a written summary of the repairs we are going to carry out within 3 working days of the inspection.
We will carry out repairs to deal with the damp and mould within 5 working days after we have carried out the inspection.
If we need to carry out further or major works we will begin this as soon as possible. The latest we will begin these works is 12 weeks from the date of the investigation reprt.
If we are unable to start the works within 12 weeks then we must by law offer you alternative accommodation at our own expense, where you can stay until the works are completed.
