Feldon Housing is a for-profit registered provider of social housing, committed to delivering high-quality, affordable homes across England. Established in 2018, our mission is to provide safe, well-managed, sustainable housing for people in housing need and to help make better communities.

What We Do

Affordable Rent and Social Housing: We provide secure, well-maintained homes for individuals and families on lower incomes.
We provide resident welfare and support services.
Partnership Development: We work with local authorities, developers, and other housing providers under Section 106 agreements.
Asset Management: Our focus is on long-term sustainability, health and safety compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
Resident Engagement: We promote transparency and the tenant voice through co-regulation, feedback mechanisms, and performance reporting.

Our Homes

As of July 2025, we own and manage 8 homes. Our ambition is to grow our business sustainably, delivering homes and services to help meet the growing demand for more affordable housing.

Governance and Regulation

Feldon Housing is registered with the Regulator of Social Housing, Registration Number 5049. We are committed to meeting all regulatory requirements, including those set out in the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023. We operate with a robust governance framework that ensures effective oversight, transparency, and accountability.

Our Board of Directors and Independent Advisors bring together expertise in housing, law, finance, and governance. They oversee risk management, strategic direction, and regulatory compliance, with a clear focus on delivering value for tenants and stakeholders.

Our newly strengthened board brings together decades of experience across housing, development, regeneration, finance, legal and customer services. The Board is supported by four independent advisors, each with significant experience in their field of expertise.

Zuber is the Director of a boutique real estate agency based in London, specialising in residential sales, lettings, commercial property, and land development. Since his appointment in 2013, Zuber has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving high-value acquisitions and fostering investment relationships both in the UK and internationally. With a deep understanding of the UK property market, Zuber focuses on identifying undervalued assets, unlocking planning potential, and delivering developments with strong returns. He has been instrumental in securing significant investment partnerships, particularly with clients from the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE—positioning his role as a trusted advisor and partner for cross-border real estate ventures. Zuber’s approach blends commercial insight with a commitment to sustainable design and housing efficiency. Through Chrome Residential and affiliated entities such as Feldon Housing, he supports projects that align with social and environmental values, including the delivery of affordable and liveable housing.

Sadek Ahmed

Sadek brings experience in financial services, customer relations and stakeholder management. Sadek has been a leader in the financial services industry for 14 years with a strong background in customer services, accounting and economics. Since 2011 Sadek has held a number of senior roles at the Nationwide Building Society, including taking a lead on the company’s stakeholder strategy and was previously the organisations Insight Consultant as well as being a local branch manager before that. Currently leads on Nationwide’s stakeholder strategy. As a customer experience specialist Sadek holds Feldon’s statutory role as Member Responsible for Complaints.

Graham is an ACIB qualified banker and successful business owner and property developer. Graham ran his own accountancy practice for 20 years and then built a successful packaging company. Graham established Bio-Life International Ltd, manufacturing allergy medication which reached international markets. Graham has substantial experience as a property developer with a social/community ethos. Graham’s achievements include building an industrial estate which provided employment opportunities for 70 local people, three shop units in the same location and then went on to develop social housing in a rural location for local households. Graham made a significant contribution to his local community, having served three terms as a District Councillor and sports coaching local school children. As the original founder of Feldon Housing before the recent change of person in significant control, Graham brings continuity to the Board.

S. Shah brings his legal background with a specific focus on commercial litigation and property matters. S. Shah is a qualified solicitor with broad legal experience spanning commercial litigation, contract advisory, property disputes, and legal costs. He has advised businesses, senior management teams, and legal departments on risk management, enforcement strategies, and cost exposure—offering commercially focused solutions aligned with business objectives. S. Shah brings a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach to complex legal matters. His strengths lie in negotiation, contract risk analysis, litigation management, and advising on legal structures that safeguard value and maximise recovery.

Perry brings more than 38 years of experience in corporate finance, tax structuring and high-value venture. Perry is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in leading major restructurings, scaled businesses from £5m to £50m+, and has overseen multi-million-pound projects in banking and real estate. He brings deep expertise in financial planning, governance, and tax efficiency—vital for scaling capital-intensive infrastructure. His track record in managing complex transactions and securing investor confidence makes him a key strategic advisor to the business.

Meriem Benmehdia

Board Member

Meriem is a property professional and IT graduate, with a solid technical foundation and extensive hands-on experience of the residential property market. Meriem expertly combines digital acumen with real estate knowhow to support both letting and sales activities. Meriem is a Director of Chrome Capital Ltd, a London based property-focused entity and director of Exempt Rent C.I.C., a community interest company where she plays a key role in strategic operations. These roles bring important experience in both private enterprise and a socially driven property business with a focus on building better communities. Over several years, Meriem has built a well-rounded track record in residential lettings, handling tenant relations, property management, and optimizing rental processes. Meriem has also overseen residential property sales, successfully navigating valuation analyses, marketing strategies, negotiations, and securing deals. Meriem’s dual focus enables a comprehensive understanding of the rental cycle as well as transactional sales dynamics, making her adept at serving landlords, tenants, and prospective buyers with equal proficiency.

Darren is a nationally recognised leader in housing and regeneration, with over a decade of senior experience in local government. As the former Leader of Barking and Dagenham Council, Darren directed over £10 billion of investment into housing, jobs, and infrastructure, establishing one of the UK’s most transformative regeneration programmes. Darren has served as Labour’s Local Government Spokesperson on Housing Infrastructure and chaired the LGA’s Local Infrastructure and Net Zero Board. At HyPower, Darren leads government and community engagement, helping the business secure public partnerships, navigate local policy, and integrate EV hubs into broader placemaking and sustainability agendas.

John Howard is a highly experienced property developer and investor, with a track record that includes the sale and purchase of over 4,500 houses, apartments, and developments across the UK. Over his career, John has held directorships in more than 70 companies, including estate agencies, property management firms, and financial service providers. John also serves on the advisory board of an organisation that provides bespoke placements and support for children with complex needs.

Simone brings more than 30 years of experience across the social housing sector and specialises in helping organisations achieve regulatory compliance with landlord services and governance. Simone is a qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Simone has operated at Executive Director level for 16 years for housing associations, local authorities and the ALMO sector. Simone is non-Executive Director for a large Registered Provider of social housing and for a London Local Authority Trading Company. As Executive Director in the local government sector, Simone has led housing services for up to 20,000 households. Simone brings extensive experience in social housing compliance across the areas of health and safety/asset management, resident engagement, complaints, equalities and tenancy management. Simone has established governance, scrutiny and assurance frameworks specific to the social housing sector.
